SHIPPING
Turnaround time is 1-2 weeks for new orders. During pre-holiday seasons, turnaround is 1-2 days for re-orders. Stia will process RUSH orders to the best of our ability. UPS is our preferred shipping method. For smaller shipments, USPS may be selected. Shipping and handling costs are determined by package size and weight and can vary from $5.00 - $40.00 plus.
Expedited shipping can be requested and quoted prior to shipment of order.
ORDER PLACEMENT & RETURNS
Once an order is submitted to our company via email, phone, and/or through SALES REPRESENTATIVE, it is an assumed contract and entered into the production cycle. Stia is a MADE-TO-ORDER - many styles assembled in the USA; therefore, orders cannot be cancelled once placed. As a courtesy, Stia will honor cancellations or adjustments within 24 hours. Stock balancing may be negotiated and considered – this is reviewed case-by-case. Credit cards must be supplied at the time of order placement. For an order to be entered into production, payment (pre-authorized credit card or check) must be received.
SPECIALTY SIZING
Yes, we can make custom sizes for your customers.
Lead time 2-3 weeks. Typical bands, (A-8”), (B-7.5”), (C-7” standard size), (D-6.5”), (F-6”), or custom.
We do not sell children’s jewelry.
Stia jewelry is NICKEL FREE. We cannot guarantee against allergies, as some metals and plating may contain small traces of nickel and/or other metals that may cause skin irritation.

REPAIRS & DAMAGES
Defective items must be reported upon receipt of order or customer return. Our policy is to REPAIR or REPLACE. No credits or refunds will be issued. Returns to our company without an RA number will not be accepted. It is the customer/salesperson’s responsibility to request an RA number prior to returning items. Stia will assume the cost of return for shipping errors or defective items. A pre-paid label will be issued to return incorrect or defective items should this occur.

WARRANTY
Stia products are formally warrantied for 1 YEAR.
Stia warranty does not apply to products exposed to water.
As of 09.01.2018, Stia silver jewelry will be rhodium plated; this is an anti-tarnish plating protection. Due to the nature of sterling silver jewelry, plating cannot be guaranteed for a lifetime, but will protect the product for quite some time. Notably, rhodium plating is the most premium method of plating to protect sterling silver in the jewelry industry. Please be advised that tarnish is not a damaged product.
